Merlin products are made of specially formulated, reinforced vinyl for solid covers, or polypropylene cover material for Dura-Mesh covers and both are supported by nylon/polypropylene straps. Extension straps are secured to stainless steel tension springs with a stainless steel buckle. Merlin products are heavy-duty, featuring triple stitched straps that criss-cross the pool surface. They are stretched tight by tension springs anchored in the deck. Although lightweight, Merlin webbing has a Industry Leading Break-Strength, that is more than 3 times the government standard.

Using Computer Aided Design /Manufacturing and the best trained installers in the business, your cover will fit your pool or spa like a glove. The specially designed step riser kits ensure security for pools with awkward angles or unique construction.

Merlin products use the highest quality stainless steel tension springs that hook over machined-brass anchors set flush in your deck. Anchors lock and unlock easily with a special tool to prevent unauthorized removal; however, they are so easy to use that they can be on and off in 15 minutes.
